Looking back to see how far we've come.
From its commencement, when company founder Mr. Uzair Khan (20) first witnessed the automation in action at IBM, that's when he decided to invent something on his own under the roof of a company's name which later became HybridOX Automation. Mr. Khan later invited skillful personnel from Apple Inc. & amazon etc to join his venture as executive partners to taste the joy of their work which they all always wanted. Mr. Khan wanted to develop a team that is competent in management skills, technical skills, production, and marketing skills as these are the core of building an organization.
It was very important For all the partners to be on the same page and few months of rigorous hard work and research, all the personnel had the same vision and jumped into the market.
Till now, hybridOX Automation has worked with India's nuclear power plant to make affordable cancer treatment machines (R&D based), served the textile industry to maximize their production capabilities, has worked with the automobile industry to reduce their lead material handling time, indirectly helped to enhance and break their manufacturing limitation.

A Nautical science student by education turned a self-taught engineer is the founder of HybridOX Automation. Mr Khan's Business and technical skills have been recognized and have won several awards in the medical and as well as technical fraternity. Mr Khan is currently contributing his efforts in HybridOX Automation as CMD and chairman, enjoying every aspect of Automaton. -
- MR. RAJAN ADKAR.
Mr. Adkar worked as a communication and Design engineer at Apple inc., joined HybridOX automation soon after he got to know the formation of this exciting venture. Mr. Adkar is our core technical engineer, responsible for the design and development of R&D-based Industrial automation OR Embedded Automation machinery. A glimpse of His 40+ year experience would be easily seen in his positive attitude towards any challenging job. -
- MR. OSAMA ISMAIL
Graduated from Lancaster University, UK, Mr Osama is Working with the technical and sales Departments of HybridOX Automation, looking after the United Kingdom and European region, exploring new possibilities for the company. Mr Osama has been active in the automation industry for the last 10 years, Worked as a project manager, and now operating as Director in HybridOX Automation UK Ltd. -
- MR. SAMI WAGHU
An electronic engineer, passed out in the '90s and has been in the industry for the last 30 years has joined hands with HybridOX Automation as Executive Director (Marketing & Estimation). Mr. Waghu has proved himself in various industries such as the process control industry, Fashion industry, and Telecom industry. During his tenure in the telecom industry, He was one of the key people who became the reason for greater transformation on the managerial level as well as a technical view in his respective industry.
