Liquid Filling Machine - Automatic Six Head Injectable Liquid Filling with Rubber Stoppering Machine
The Automatic six head injectable liquid filling machine with rubber stoppering is manufactured applying the most advanced production practices at HybridOX Automation. The injectable liquid filler and sealer machine performs a dual operation of filling the bottles with suitable liquid and placing a rubber stopper on top of it in procession to seal them. Therefore, it is a profoundly capable machine and finds extensive practice in the pharmaceutical industry. The filling machine for liquids has a fill capacity ranging from 0.5 ml to 100 ml. The Operating direction is from left to right and the machine boasts of accuracy of ± 1 %. Up to 100-120 vials can be tended by a liquid filling machine with rubber stoppering, per minute. The mechanism used in the rubber stoppering machine is of pick and place, where the pharmaceutical filling machine carries the rubber stopper and places it on the top of the bottle. The bottle or vial size that can be accommodated varies from 2 ml to 100 ml.
